Ken is a full-time, licensed Broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC).  Ken was a leading Top Producer for another Real Estate Company for 10 years.  Ken has been acknowledged as “One of the Top 150 Residential Realtors in Dallas” by D Magazine.  Ken is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a BSBA degree in Marketing and Personnel Management.  Ken worked for 15 years in Property Management working as Vice President of National Housing Partnership and Volunteers of America.  Ken prides himself with his outstanding & professional customer service as well as his expertise in the real estate industry.  Ken is aggressive in his approach yet is ethical, honest and trustworthy! Ken’s reputation is the cornerstone of his business as he strives to develop long and lasting relationships with his clients!  Ken is very active in his community as a member of the Flower Mound Chamber of Commerce, graduate of Leadership Flower Mound, Flower Mound Rotary, Board Member for Volunteers of America, past member of the Denton County Friends of the Family and Chapter Advisor for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity at the University of North Texas, where Ken was selected as Greek Advisor of the year.  Ken has been married to his wife Debra for 27 years and they have a daughter Meredith who is a seniot at The Rosen School of Hospitality Management at The University of Central Florida and works for Walt Disney World & The Gaylord Palm's.

Debra Harrell is a full-time licensed REALTOR and brings over 17 years experience from the FDIC.  Debra won many awards at the FDIC during her tenure and has been honored by receiving the Employee of the Year.  Debra is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a BBA degree in Marketing.  Debra brings exemplary organizational skills to Ken Harrell & Company and directs all aspects of the office operations as well as working with clients, lenders and title companies in the contract to close process.

Michael Beauchamp - Client Services Admin. 

Michael comes to Ken Harrell & Company with the enthusiasm and experience to help our clients with all their needs, questions, and concerns. Michael’s responsibilities include the setting up of all internet services, marketing and advertising as well as communicating regularly with our clients on REALTOR feedback.  Michael has the resources to help you find a vendor or contractor to complete any outstanding repairs on your home!
